Sardinia 1920s. Angelo is 15 years old and lives in a small town in the mountains. He does not know how to defend himself and wishes he had more self-confidence. The arrival of the Blackshirts upsets the peace of the village, and Angelo must decide which side to take. Universal narrative, that of all those who had to learn to say no.

Alberto Diana, has several short documentary films to his credit, screened at international festivals. In 2019 his feature-length documentary Fango rosso was selected in competition at the 37th Turin Film Festival. Frarìa (Spark) is his first fiction short film.
