Sandy is a 30-year-old actress who suffers from asthma. Tonight she will perform in a theater. First, however, she must teach yoga to some old ladies in her neighborhood, work as a clown at a children's party, and audition for a commercial. In this delirious routine, her relationship with her boyfriend Spiros is a source of stability and support. In the scraps of time there remains room for tenderness and complicity.
Nominated for the European Film Academy Awards 2024 in the short film category.

Alexis Koukias-Pantellis born in Greece in 1991 is a director, screenwriter and sound technician. His short films have participated in numerous international festivals, including Aesthetica Short Film Festival, BUFF Malmö Filmfestival and Tirana International Film Festival.
