Dance, music and painting in an interweaving of suggestions to stage the relationship between two housebound people. Elements (earth/water), colors (dark/white), sound (rhythm/melody) follow the constant evolution between conflicts and reconciliations in this short film with a subtitle that explains where it is headed: “In search of optimism and other calamities.”

Dora Kokolj is a dancer and choreographer graduated from the Dance Academy in Skopje, with a master's degree in pedagogy and art history from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb and many years of experience in cultural and artistic work in Croatia and abroad.
As a performer, she has participated in art projects in which she helps question the needs and possibilities of contemporary art in everyday life; the presence of everyday gestures in artistic expressions; opportunities for participation and inclusion in open dance and theater forms, as well as the place of humor in such forms.
The author of three shows she produced herself (The Errore exchange) or in collaboration with a Croatian choreographer Eni Vesović (de.finity, Fake a Mistake), she directed, choreographed, danced and edited her first dance short film entitled: 2 0 2 0.
